I've journaled on and off for years, but consistency has never been my strength. Lately I'm wondering if finding a few quiet minutes to hear what I'm actually thinking matters more than doing it perfectly.

We grew up analog and built our adult lives in a digital world. After decades of adapting, building careers, caring for families and figuring things out as we went, maybe Gen X women have earned the right to decide for ourselves what comes next.
