The Journaling Edit
I've journaled on and off for years, but consistency has never been my strength. Lately I'm wondering if finding a few quiet minutes to hear what I'm actually thinking matters more than doing it perfectly.
In Praise of Gen X
We grew up analog and built our adult lives in a digital world. After decades of adapting, building careers, caring for families and figuring things out as we went, maybe Gen X women have earned the right to decide for ourselves what comes next.
The Old Friends Edit
A late-summer afternoon with women I've known for decades reminded me that some of the best parts of getting older aren't about what we're leaving behind. They're about the friendships, conversations and possibilities we're carrying with us into whatever comes next.
The Circle of Women Edit
The older I get, the more I value the circle of women around me. In a world that can feel increasingly disconnected, I'm thinking about friendship, community and the women who help us make our way through life.
